Do I Have to Use the Portal?

The biggest change is simply how we exchange sensitive information electronically. When something contains private financial, payroll, tax, or personal information, the secure portal will be the best way to send it electronically rather than regular email or text.

What Happens Next?

Before we begin using the portal with you, you'll receive an email invitation to set up your access.

The system behind our Secure Perfectly Balanced Client Portal is called Karbon, so you may see the Karbon name on your invitation or when signing in. We wanted to let you know that ahead of time so you recognize it as a communication connected to Perfectly Balanced.

When your invitation arrives, simply follow the instructions to get started. There is no cost to you.

The portal is designed to be simple to use, but if you do have questions as you get started, our team is happy to help.
